Herbal Remedies For Insomnia

If you are having trouble falling asleep, there are several some herbal remedies that can help you temporarily get rid of your insomnia.

Herbal Remedy #1: Chamomile
Chamomile tea has a relaxing feature to it that relaxes the person allowing for an easier time falling asleep. Very easy to find - check the herbal tea section of your local grocery store and you'll find a wide variety of chamomile teas. For best effects, brew one cup for 10 minutes and drink half an hour before going to sleep.

Herbal Remedy #2: Kava
Kava has similar effects to alcohol (except without the hang over). The bad part is that its hard to get as the plant only grows in the Pacific (Hawaii, Fiji, etc). This too can be made into drink form and consumed before going to sleep.

These are two easy and natural herbal remedies for insomnia that can help you get a solid night's sleep. The downside is that this is a temporary solution to your overall problem of falling asleep.
